Super Size Me

1h 40m · 2004 · Directed by Morgan Spurlock · 3.1 / 5 on Letterboxd

Super Size Me (2004) runs 1h 40m, directed by Morgan Spurlock. It is one of 3,647 films in the 100 Minute Movies catalog — every one rated 3.0 or higher by Letterboxd members and short enough to finish in an evening.

Morgan Spurlock subjects himself to a diet based only on McDonald's fast food three times a day for thirty days without exercising to try to prove why so many Americans are fat or obese. He submits himself to a complete check-up by three doctors, comparing his weight along the way, resulting in a scary conclusion.
